How long does it generally take for orders to ship?
Most items are in stock and can ship in 1 to 2 business days. High demand items could take up to 2 weeks to ship. So order as soon as you can to avoid running out of stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery. We can also accept direct bank deposit or wires for international payments.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all across the USA, Mexico and Canada. We can also ship to many other parts of the world. Contact your international freight broker for details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
We are happy to contact a competing group of freight brokers for shipments into the USA, Canada and Mexico. You can compare the rates we discover with rates from your own freight sources to get the best deal. We can arrange to pre-pay and add freight charges to your order if you choose to use one of our freight brokers. No CODs please.
What are “seconds”?
“Seconds” are first run, fresh tapes that did not make all of the high tolerance levels specified by the manufacturer. However after closer inspection and our careful selection we have discovered perfectly good tapes that are in excellent shape. And they will work for 95% of the applications for which the tape was originally intended. Some tapes may appear slightly different in color or texture. Some cores may be slightly out of round. The wind up of the tape may be slightly off giving a more rugged appearances. Through our process we assure that those mostly cosmetic differences will not effect its application.
